On longer roles you take on marking and reports. We confirm what the school expects before you accept.

Will I be expected to mark on supply?
On daily supply, marking is usually limited to the lessons you teach. On long term roles you take on the class, and we confirm the school's expectations with you first.
Do I need qualified teacher status?
For teaching roles, schools usually ask for QTS, QTLS or an overseas qualification recognised in England. Without one, cover supervisor and support roles may suit you, and we can talk through the options.
How soon could I start work?
As soon as your checks are complete. We take you through identity, right to work, references, an enhanced DBS and your qualifications. If your DBS certificate is on the update service, that step can move faster.
