We ask about the pupils' needs, their EHCPs and the support already in place before suggesting anyone.

We take up references that speak to experience with complex needs, not only general conduct.

Do your staff have training such as Team Teach?
Some do, and we record training on each educator's file. Tell us what your setting requires and we will only put forward staff who hold it, or discuss how it can be arranged.
Can you support a single pupil with an EHCP?
Yes. One to one support can be booked for a pupil, with the same member of staff wherever possible.
What checks do your staff go through?
Identity and right to work checks, a full employment history, references, an enhanced DBS check, and checks of qualifications and QTS where relevant, with overseas checks where they apply. These are complete before anyone is put forward.
How are your charges agreed?
Charge rates are agreed with you and confirmed in writing before a booking starts. The rate you are quoted is the rate you pay.
