Can a teaching assistant cover a lesson?
An HLTA or cover supervisor can supervise lessons set by your staff. We make sure the person has done that work before.
Can support staff join us permanently?
Yes. The terms for taking on someone we have placed are agreed with you in writing before the first booking.
What checks do your staff go through?
Identity and right to work checks, a full employment history, references, an enhanced DBS check, and checks of qualifications and QTS where relevant, with overseas checks where they apply. These are complete before anyone is put forward.
How are your charges agreed?
Charge rates are agreed with you and confirmed in writing before a booking starts. The rate you are quoted is the rate you pay.
