Can you find specialists for shortage subjects?
We recruit for shortage subjects continuously. When we do not have a suitable specialist available, we tell you so and talk through the alternatives.
What is the difference between a cover supervisor and a supply teacher?
A cover supervisor supervises lessons set by your staff. A supply teacher plans and teaches. We will help you decide which the absence needs.
What checks do your staff go through?
Identity and right to work checks, a full employment history, references, an enhanced DBS check, and checks of qualifications and QTS where relevant, with overseas checks where they apply. These are complete before anyone is put forward.
How are your charges agreed?
Charge rates are agreed with you and confirmed in writing before a booking starts. The rate you are quoted is the rate you pay.
